it hasn't recovered fully yet, but at least it is recovering unlike all the other lockdown sweethearts and smallcap pump and dumps back in 2021

no idea why this even pumped in 2021 when its core business (schoolbuses) basically got rekt through covid for obvious reasons
now nothing's stopping it from expanding more and more, and it doesnt have that deathspiral dumping pattern (from endless dilution) prior to covid bullrun
CEO doesnt like diluting shares yet until he can sell/dump his huge stack
