There have been quite a few fake supply squeezes that resolved themselves without much price increase, we'll have to see how this one turns out. A few years ago, junk was some stupid amount over spot, $6 or so.
This time feels a bit different to me but that's probably just my wishful thinking.

I wouldn't aim purely for lowest premium, you should value things like recognizability and liquidity in your stack too. Since you're in the US you can't really go wrong with 90% junk and/or American Eagles. If Silver Maples are significantly cheaper than AE's buy those instead.
