1) Indexers can INSTANTLY fuck you by raising their fee cut. You put your money into the protocol to help secure the network, and when you get fucked, are actively penalized for it by the 28 day freeze.

Sure, have fun getting rugpulled by Indexer, after Indexer, after Indexer, until you decide it's a better idea to just put your money into P2P and be done, further increasing centralization.

2) The cooldown system is effectively useless- almost NO indexers use cooldowns, as (surprise!) indexers have no mandatory cooldown period.

3) The (((Governance Council))) has unilateral control of the protocol for an indefinite amount of time. They claim this will be controlled by a DAO in the future, but who knows? Maybe they'll be "reasearching more pressing issues" for years, all while their indexer friends make off with the cash. Oh, and 7/10 of the (((Council))) are directly/indirectly linked to active Indexers.

4) There are ZERO protections in place for delegators. Not a single one. The entire delegation system relies on a trusted relationship with the indexer, which is the complete antithesis of cryptocurrency.

Great theory. Only problem is that there's ~200 indexers and >5,000 delegators, and that's just right now. A "reputation based system" is useless when you just got your shit wiped out by an indexer and your only recourse is to "wait 28 days, lose rewards, re-pay ETH gas, and bitch about the indexer". You'll notice this is all bad for the delegator, and great for the indexer.
