I've been bored with life since i was about 17. I had a moment when I stopped and thought as far ahead as I could, to working, getting married, maybe having kids, then getting old and decrepit and dying.

I'm 34, and married now. I've experienced a lot of things that have been enjoyable and that I've enjoyed, but nothing has erased that feeling of ennui. I'm sure life gets better and there are more peaks and stuff, but as it stands I don't know what the point of it all is. the only thing that actually interests me is how much I can max out my character skills and stats before it's game over. if not for that I'd probably just keep living out of momentum, laziness and cowardice.

I watched the 2013 run on /g/, and occasionally looked at /biz/ in the 2017 run. This was the era when bitcointalk and /biz/ was decent, so I assumed that the last run would be the same.

Turns out that /biz/ massively lagged Twitter at times, so by the time things were being discussed on /biz/, it was usually too late. I fucking hate Twitter so didn't really clock on to the fact that it was now the place where whales and normies were driving the market.

I still fucking hate Twitter, but cracked and signed up for an account to lurk.
