Basically a group of underlying securities (stocks) that are all mask-on so you can't identify which one is being used as a collateral or faux-locate for fake settlements. Said mask-on securities can also substitute for each other as collateral when another security needs to be borrowed.

Basically means lending a borrowed security, or borrowing an already-borrowed security, or any similar combination. You're giving away what's not yours to give, or buying what's not the other party's to sell.

Tracks movement with the market as a whole. Positive beta of 1 would mean GME moves 100% in-line with the most general index/market tracker. Beta of -1 would mean the exact opposite (good for GME is bad for market). This used to be the case before and for some time after the sneeze.

Everything is being mixed up to stand in as collateral for something else and no one knows what collateral is good and what collateral is bad, so it's one big bag of shit. That means if one thing goes sour, everything else will feel the pain. Think the collapse of Archegos putting Credit Suisse in peril. That was our canary in the coalmine.

Collateralized debt obligations. It just means you have a financial instrument that you borrowed and put up collateral for.

Settlement dates. Stuff like T+69 or T+90. Hedgies have been fucking around with dates and a lot of the NSCC/SEC/etc. ongoing litigation revolves around dates because they shed light on critical information that hedgies don't want retail to know about and act on.
