I believe the btc reserves were never sold off to stop the gigacrash but instead they will be used to repeg ustc in phase 3 of the bull when dk and his ass trezor "make a deal" with the US. This will come right after a new market module is in place and one-way swaps are turned on.

RedlineDrifter's buddies got a reply from CEXes (Binance included as CZ is deeply invested) about the USTC Repeg and it will affect it to a great extent. Luna Classic, on the other hand, will be immensely affected by it.
