Can some anon explain to me what I’m missing?

Pic related, 200$ FV of Kennedy half dollars for like 250$ on eBay while JM is asking ~900$ for 100$ FV (https://www.jmbullion.com/40-silver-coins-100-face-value/))

I realize specific minting dates make all the difference but given that the silver content is the same and that Kennedy’s aren’t that rare, what gives for the % wise significant difference? They don’t even specify year or condition.
