To your second point, the energy isn't "invested" at all. If it were some kind of energy store (like a battery), and you could get the energy back out, then sure, it would be invested.

As it stands, if the globalist-run nations of the world decide to collectively ban Bitcoin mining, the value will evaporate. Where will the "investment" have gone?
