Yes, but this problem isnt exclusive to liberterianism. The fact that money is created with interest creates an infinite feedback loop which has made it so that our national debts are unpayable. No country ISNT going to borrow money to fight a war for its survival. Imagine an aids patient who is being charged absurd amounts for healthcare but also has access to unlimited credit. Obviously theyll borrow infinitely for their own survival, regardless of future interest payments.
