Once at my university’s gym last year. I met someone who browsed /tv/ and befriended him. I saw him recently and it makes me feel bad that he’s letting himself go by gaining a lot of pounds but I guess that’s the chan destiny. Hopefully it won’t be like that for me. Personally, I’ve been studying when the next stock market crash will happen and I’d say it’ll happen sometime in the next 7-8 years. This bubble will be an excuse to lower the prices of homes and other condos to target new buyers + the boomers that sell their property too. Another housing bubble will happen and even the shitty CDO loans are making a comeback to help “struggling and underrepresented communities.” This is a bubble and an excuse to deflate everything
