You people really forgot what happened last time people were saying this shit. It's been over a decade and no one takes memecoins. If you want to speculate fine, but don't pretend this technology adds anything to the world of fiance. So what if no one decides to rent, then either everyone has to buy their accommodations outright (good fucking luck when no one has savings, and fuck you to college students extra hard) or omega huge housing corporations will buy all the property and now you are back at square one, instead now you have a faceless (truly amoral) corporations renting to you instead of maybe a reasonable person looking to build wealth through assets. Morality doesn't even enter into the equation here, there are people that have money and want to invest, and people that want accommodation but don't have the money to buy, or aren't looking to live somewhere long term, wham bam thank you mam, I swear these idiots are probably advocating the government buy all property so they can 'fairly distribute' it to the population
