WELLS FARGO SHIFTS TO INTERMEDIATE-DATED DEBT, FROM LONG-END

Wells Fargo Investment Institute has downgraded its allocations to U.S. long term taxable fixed income to neutral, from most favorable, and upgraded U.S. intermediate term taxable fixed income to neutral, from unfavorable, saying that it expects long-term yields to rise by year-end.

“Intermediate-term fixed income is less rate sensitive than long-term fixed income,” Wells Fargo said, noting that “historically, as time to maturity increased, the relative impact of an increase or decrease in rates on total returns increased notably. In our view, this could be a potential advantage as we expect interest rates to increase later this year.”

With that drop, Wells Fargo sees “an opportunity to lock in gains." It added that now it holds a most favorable rating only on U.S. short-term taxable fixed income.

I am highly confident that Satoshi Nakamoto physically resided in Los Angeles, California in January 2009. I am moderately confident he was a solo dev and is not Finney, Szabo, or Sassaman. I am moderately confident he is English or Welsh and was not faking the spelling.

I don't want people randomly theorizing in this thread. My only ask:

Can anyone here find possible candidates for people they can prove lived in LA in January 2009? Particularly people raised in Britain with experience in open source and network software.

(If I do find who he is, I won't reveal it because I don't want to ruin his life, or his family's life if he's no longer alive.)

I'm aware I'm far from the first to propose this. I just found some additional evidence today that likely narrows it down specifically to LA rather than a city in the general area.
