That's far from the issue, the issue is the gesture, the stiffness of the pose and the unnatural position, along with lack of onstruction/fundamentals. While you're correct that stylization demands some simplification lest it clash with realism, this isn't even close to realistic anatomy or proportion, drawings like this are like a piece of shit car with a nice paintjob
