ok re-reading this it sounds a bit jumbled. I'll try again.

1. On coinbase pro. Sell your crypto for currency of choice. You have a currency wallet on coinbase , your money in USD, GBP, EUROs / whatever will go there to begin with.

2. sign up for multiple cryptofriendly challenger banks. Revolut and transferwise are best. Link these up with your personal bank account so you can easily swap money between them.

3.On coinbase you have to verify transfers before being able to withdraw money. You do this by sending them a small amount of money to your fiat wallet. In the UK you can only send this in euros so you have to send money from your personal account to the challenger bank and then convert it to euros (which is free) and then send it to coinbase. In the USA you can just send it straight through from the challenger bank.

4. Once your crypto friendly accounts are verified on coinbase withdraw money from coinbase to them. If it is a large withdrawal, you'll need to send a screenshot of the transfer to your crpyto friendly account bank customer service teams or live chats and explain because you will have limits on your account. They may also freeze your assets if this is the case. Splitting your withdrawal among multiple crypto friendly accounts is also reccomended to avoid this, as is sending smaller transfers daily instead of one big transfer.

5. You then can either spend or transfer this money in drips to your personal bank account(s) or just keep and spend it in your crypto friendly accounts. If you want to transfer it from your crypto friendly account all in one go you better go in to your bank first and tell them you're about to make a large transfer because you made money trading crypto.

6. You can print your transfer history document from coinbase if you dont want to get assraped by the taxman.

You'll be fine anon. In March it dipped, admittedly not as bad as this but still very harshly, but physical actually went up in the same time period.
Sure enough, the price of physical never really went down and instead the paper price not only recovered faster than S&P or QQQ, but also shot up to new highs.
And desu I still think my investments in the miners will work out, because I shot for Jan as my expiration date. But damn it just sucks not having the absolute, rock solid surety of 90% of my stack being physical.
