Objects, templates, and all that other bull shit just makes for harder to read, more complicated code. Yeah you have to implement most utility functions yourself but that means you can fully understand what's burning CPU cycles if you need it to go faster.

If speed doesn't matter and it's under 1k lines it should probably just be in Python anyways.

is now a time to buy real estate?
or wait until later this year?
i suspect that even though though the weak economy should reduce demand and push prices lower,...
there will be so much money looking for alternative safe assets to offset this and that real estate will stay the same or increase in price.

anybody else see this as a possible scenario?
