I wish I knew the key to overcome that. That thing has been part of my life since childhood and far from improving, it's actually getting worse (a few months ago I got seborrhoeic dermatitis because of the stress I experienced at some Photoshop classes I did). I was thinking about getting into autismbux or something like that, but honestly, I believe that would not allow me to ever have a shot at a normal life ever again.
