Settlement for time and equity, when it comes to time it means the have an specific settlement date, there are 3 and 6 months futures contracts which means each one expire on an specific date after mentioned time frames have been fullfilled, which means that on expiration date all your open trading positions will be closed, there's also perpetual futures (no expiration). Equity funds for margin requirements or settlement can either be usdt (cash) or crypto (coin). You also get 100x leverage (125x on chinance). It is mostly speculation and gambling as some would say, if you are wondering what futures trading is you sure shouldn't be using it yet.

You can get liquidated using futures. If you're using 100x, price needs to move 1% against your entry price in order to liquidated you, 2% if you're using 50x, 10% if you 're on 10x, ect.

Serious question. Why has Ripple not moved in the same time that LINK grew to a top 10 token? I was considering diversifying my portfolio with Ripple, but it doesn't seem like the project will rise any higher than its current value. I've always been a man for the long game, but my multi year research has shown that XRP is not a smart investment.
