I want to start investing but I can't pick a good brokerage provider and I'm scared to actually start because I've never done taxes before and don't know how. Should I go for roth ira or a normal brokerage account. I don't like the idea of having all my cash stuck with a bunch of jews forever.
Also I deleted my coinbase account a few weeks ago because I got paranoid after they made me wait 3 days to get my coins into a private wallet. I need to figure out a way to get crypto easily.

Trying to get a good electrical engineering job but everyone is asking for experience out the ass. Why can't I just lie about my experience on my resume, do they even check?

Wrong. The batteries are still vastly inferior to carbon fuels in terms of energy density. The world runs on cheap freight. Electric vehicles raise the cost of shipping goods and are therefore completely irrelevant.

Cargo ships will NEVER run on anything but fossil fuels. I would love to see a nuclear powered civilian fleet of cargo ships, but that shit will never fucking happen.

I don't invest in oil because I have to, I invest in it because it's the literal lifeblood of human commerce. I wouldn't be out of the game if I though electric had a chance, if I thought oil was going to become obsolete - I'd grab electric battery stocks with both hands and sell my >8% dividend yield oil stocks to do it.

But the bottom line is, when you remove emotion and happy rainbow feel good talk from the equation, oil demand is only going to continue to skyrocket as the world's brown and yellow population continues to industrialize.

Oil is in a 150 year bull market until the human population levels off and begins decreasing (which has ramifications far beyond oil.)

People like 2j2b01B/ are insufferable not because I have money on the line in oil that I'd lose if they were right, they're insufferable because they refuse to look at the situation rationally - there are good reasons to be bearish on oil long term (supply controlled by an international cartel for one,) but for fucks sake EVs have literally nothing to do with big oil. I'm by no means an expert on this, so take what I say with a grain of salt. But I love XOM. 6% dividends all fucking day. Company valuation is approaching 15 year lows. I don't see how you can possibly argue with XOM at $50.

The company is taking an aggressive strategy and heavily investing in CapEx, meaning that they're growing their business while all the other oil companies are biding their time and waiting for oil to creep back up to $50/bl. I like that approach and think XOM is right to do CapEx now to position themselves for when oil inevitably ticks up a bit. They are betting big on oil sticking around for a long time, and ticking up in price. I think they're absolutely right to do so, and from the sound of it you think so too.

I bought 60 shares yesterday at $50 and another 70 shares today at $49.50. Most of my portfolio is XOM right now. And I'm going to hold that motherfucker for a long time. 10 years or more.

I think CVX is another good choice and will be buying in next week. CVX is taking a more conservative approach and focusing on their balance sheet, which is very strong.

I'm DCAing my way into oil and focusing on companies that don't fuck around with faggot ass environmental shit. I buy oil, I want oil. Not gladhanding unprofitable horseshit like solar and shit. I might do some BP and RDS.B but mostly I'm tryna get that XOM with CVX. I plan on putting about 50% of my net worth into oil stocks over the next 3 months.
