Hello everybody, I'm raising further awareness about the "4chan creates a corporation" project.
Legal documents are being created, the corporate bylaws charter should be written up and ratified by sometime next week. The roadmap is looking like "IPO" will be sometime within the next 6 months, but that's just a rough guess.
Keeping the 80/20 rule in mind shares will be capped, but at 100 shares not 1, to bring in investment from people who actually care about the company. We will generally be aiming to capture most of our money from small share sales to the 80% of lurkers though who think this is a fun idea to throw $10 at, which will require some super user shilling, hopefully we can get all the oldfags on board.
