I know people prefer 24k/.9999, but to me it's not practical. Gold is a really soft metal and you can scratch dent it easily. To me, it's no fun if I can't take it out and handle it and hear it clink. So I actually prefer gold (and silver) coinage that was meant for circulation, so it's an alloy. AGE's are 22K so they are more durable. I actually prefer the 20 Franc coins, and really like the Swiss Misses. I can clank them around and not worry about it and there's a historical aspect to them that people actually used this as money and not just to stack. Premiums are lower too, as far as fractional goes. Pic related came yesterday.
