just goes to show how important it is to get in early and leave before the music stops. seems like the sweet spot is when it starts getting media attention for entering (which i did around 90) and the best exit is around when your sister's friends are opening robinhood accounts to enter your stock even though they're still in high school.

i hope you guys learned a thing or two from this GME situation. notice how it started to gain a fuckload of attention from the media and that more or less signaled the top was soon approaching? and as it went viral and got to a fever pitch and even your mother was asking you how to buy GME stock, that basically signaled "the top"?

you can learn a lot from what happened if you're newer and haven't experienced this pattern before. remember that the smart money gets in early, and dumps on the dumb money who gets in late. when dumb money starts getting into something (TSLA/AAPL forward split was another good example), that's usually your signal to be looking for the exits. learn from this.

That would be an insane ride but I don’t see it as an impossible thing. You know this image that’s posted a dozen times a day? It’s happening, I think the return to mean is around 4-5k for bitcoin. But by the time that happens I feel everyone (outside of biz) will realize btc is useless and outdated. So at that point who knows what we’ll go off of, whether it’s eth or just usd. But that’s when a real rebound can occur.
