Ok so, I've been doing fasting for quite some time. first started experimenting with it in 2015.
Uhm. I'm having issues with IF when I go warrior mode and do 18h to 20h fasts.

I always get mental fatigue starting around hour 17.

I haven't been able to fix it with "just keep going"
I once did warrior fasting ( 20h fasting ) for 5 months straight and I always seem to get mental fatigue near the ending hours.

How do I solve this?

I suppose I can eat something small at the 16 hour mark or so, but then I aint fasted anymore.

What gives?
