Looks like tomorrow might be the day to sell my soxl covered calls

okay so serious question here guys, I'm in a position where I can literally save almost all the money I make this year. living at home with the family and making 60k+ doing infosec IT work from home

I want to save for big house downpayment this next year and not fall for the apartment jew. I already have 12k in my account and had bought some ARKK and SOXL after they dumped but I'm about 60% cash right now

what would you guys recommend I look into purchasing for a long hold of about a year or so? I'm assuming ETF's are a good option as well right?
