Any suggestions? staring down the barrel of COVID-19, Brexit and the help to buy scheme ending. Concerned that new builds under the help to buy scheme are overvalued and shit quality, shared ownership is a scam and that going into renting will destroy any chance I have of buying by slowly eating into my savings any time I want to do something nice.
