I sold my ripple for close to a x2 months ago, but here's the deal. The SEC is not going to win the lawsuit. It was a stinkbomb dropped by a Goldman Sachs affiliated chairman on his last day on the job. Many of the people behind the suit were also Trump admin appointees, who have since left as well. Not only was the suit pretty weak to begin with, it's now being managed by a bunch of people who didn't even have anything to do with it in the first place. Then you have to consider political ties. Ripple had Bill Clinton speak at their Swell press conference a year or two ago. I never understood why 2k EYO schizos thought that Ripple was some sort of ace up the sleeve for Trump, but I'll get back to those retards in a minute. Do you really think the Biden admin would see Ripple, who has ties to the Clintons, as an adversary? If you believe in shady dealings behind closed doors, it's far more likely that Ripple is on Biden's side than against him. This is complete speculation though, and the facts surrounding the lawsuit I've previously mentioned, are far more important. As for 2k EYO schizos, I honestly believe that whole movement is a very elaborate FUD campaign. Of course there are some useful idiots who genuinely buy into that nonsense, but I think it was started by people who were trying to associate XRP with delusional conspiracy theorists. They also hype up this insanely unrealistic price point, and then when it never materializes they can turn around and call XRP holders idiots for actually believing that 2K was going to happen. All of this is a distraction from the fact that XRP could still easily do a x10-x30 from where it's at now.

I've worked in food service my whole life, and can pretty much only look at entry/mid level food service places that aren't going to be interested in an applicant from another state who is does not have residence.

I understand people with higher paying professions are often able to apply, interview, and set up their job before applying for a lease, but how are young non-professionals supposed to relocate? I even have a cosigner, though most places requires them to make 5 times the rent per month, which is slightly too high for them to be eligible.

I could get a motel, but that would be too pricey. For my initial housing, I plan on having 6 months of my current rent budget ($700/month) in savings plus money for basic living expenses before even moving, and I would immediately be able to apply for any and all food service jobs around. Based on my experience in the industry, in such a large city I should be able to get some sort of food service job relatively quickly. As long as I can pull $10-11/hr I will be able to afford a small $700-800 studio.

I've researched the local job market online and contacted various rental agencies with no luck. I just need to get my foot in the door, but have no clue what to do.
