Because Polish people that have made it to the US are generally display a hard-working qualities whereas Polish people that go to the UK are generally of the less than desirable type. Same here in Scandinavia. We have had massive problems with them (hyperbole and you know how it is but those few that do shit give everyone a bad rep).

is there a market for hobbyist solar powered miners that are definitely not profitable?
say you take a raspberry pi or some of those btc usb miners and attach it to a portable solar panel, 3d print a little case, and flip the whole thing for $200-300 on etsy
