Well, your reasoning is fucking retarded, but the conclusion is correct. Space tourism is currently pointless because none of the "space tourism" companies can actually take you anywhere in space. Let's use cruise ships as an analogy. Nobody goes on fucking cruises to nowhere. Yes, I know they're offered, but it's a tiny fraction of the cruise industry. So long as there's no destinations in space, tourism is kinda moot. Micrometeor damage is really not the limiting factor, we know how to deal with it (whipple shields etc).

Starship CAN change that, but it will take decades to really build up infrastructure like space hotels and Moon resorts.
