How do I sync my Yoroi wallet to Blockfolio? I can't find the API key and I don't want to update it manually every epoch

I'm planning on putting half my money into other investments and the other half into crypto. I understand the market is volatile but since I have no pressing debts or expenses at the moment I feel that I can afford to take some chances before I get too tied down.
