I can agree with your point #2, however the withdrawal costs (and withdrawing in general) is really secondary to the question of overall utility. The ideal usecase for BAT has and will always be spending directly from your browser, not withdrawing tokens to your private wallet to sell on an exchange like a jew picking quarters from a fountain. Allow people to pay for subscriptions services and paywalls, for example. Integrated e-commerce. Possibilities are endless.
