I've changed my way of thinking about fractionals, not for the apocalypse, but for "mental camouflage" as I've heard from many wise people. If silver value skyrockets where were talking 100oz could get you a 2 bedroom house in 2040 (let's just keep it hypothetical), you wouldn't want to flash around your silver, even to dealer/buyers. I'd rather have random, different size pieces than a bunch of the same 1oz rounds. That way if you were in a situation where you only had one buyer, they'd think you're not as wealthy when you'd sell as needed. If one seller consistently has ASEs, and someone noticed a pattern, that may may make you a target versus the ""poorfag"" who doesn't appear to have much silver. I'm sure most frens ITT think similarly.
