serious question, are ARK ETF's still a good long term buy?

I have like 12k right now to invest in ETF's and now that ARKK and a bunch of them are dumping a figure the time to buy should be coming up soon, I hear people say that ARK ETF's are heavily invested in tesla though which isn't necessarily good right now
