What part of "You'll own nothing" do you not understand? You have piles of gold and silver, and they have an army of men with guns, and phony economic levers to justify making you handing over your gold and silver in exchange for your life. If you don't think they'll change the rules mid-game to simply take your physical wealth by force then the last few days flew right over your head. You're expecting a fair trade based real value from literal robber barons.
