Newfag here with Fidelity here. Can anyone explain to me why my "settled cash" ticker has disappeared, but I still have $6000 in "cash available to trade"? I thought if I spend anything other than settled cash, it is a good faith violation and I get a strike

That sounds like a good plan but idk how to do that, desu. It sounds complicated. I typically just buy an airline stock and once it goes up one percent I sell but I tried my hand at an IPO today and it didn’t turn out so well.
I started with $5,800 so I’m not worried but I Might have to take my first loss and it’s looking like a big one.
