Easy. You sell your services to the govt the agencies that have tons of money and are involved with social conditioning. First you get your shills to look on popular boards and get intel on the current memetic sentiment, then you astroturf a meme campaign in several boards and forums at once, spread out but consistent so as not to be obvious. After a few months you get your media lapdogs to start talking about it and cement this new idea in the stupid public's mind. Once you accomplish this you can now direct the narrative towards accomplishing a larger strategic objective - for example you can incentivize mass shooters and tie them to the meme you created (or subverted). Or you can false flag a shooting if your timeframe calls for it, no difference really. Congrats now you have a great media narrative you can manipulate for your purpose whether it be gun control, online censorship, poisoning the well (to whatever message you tied in to yours to discredit it) etc. The profit margins for these operations are insane.
