Someone tell me what I am missing here. KNOP is a master limited partnership with the Norwegian energy giant KNOT as a general partner. The MLP structure means they have to be public, the large dividend is good for the partner and pension funds can't own it. It is being overlooked by the market and will perpetually payout 12% a year. It is not directly affected by the oil prices but is affected by oil production.
