they're currently in the process of a reset where they dont even gut new games anymore

for new games, something like empty boxes (printed themselves) put out on shelves but all the games will be at the counter. Same thing with the PC parts since obviously a whole computer case doesn't fit in that tiny box
i think used games are still out in the open though for obvious reasons

frankly i havent set foot in a gamestop for maybve 3 years kek but I'm 100% GME because I recognize a ton of people still go to it

fucking over employee morale is pretty bearish, making your public reputation is pretty bearish for your brand too
like that screenshot is just wageslave irrationally complaining (like do they want new consoles to never be sold in-store or something?) but Gamestop's handling of covid has been absolutely catastrophic for their reputation

like holy shit lol my province's premier (Ontario, brother of the crack mayor) publicly berated EBgames on live television

i'm 99% sure the reason they even started selling PC parts in-store is so they can argue to be an essential service again with a Biden lockdown

>How much you want to bet that they will start retailing computer parts soon
they already do you slowpoke

but 99% sure the reason they did it is so they argue to be an essential service (again) like Bestbuy if lockdowns happen again in Canada, Australia, Europe

im convinced the only reason Gamestop started selling PC parts in-store is so they can be considered essential like Bestbuy if we get another lockdown

GME is officially lockdown-proof now along with the e-commerce growth
