So if Ropple has used money from XRP
Is there legalities around that.
ie. Can they dump their stacks - use the money to fund Ripple; create shares in Ripple for an IPO (not ICO)?

Can someone with legal knowledge explain this?
By not offering XRP holders Ripple shares; does that not guarantee that XRP has a place in this transition?
Would there not be a legal shit storm if this were the case?

Thought lots about;"they wont let anyone that isnt .01% get rich. An anon said public holds 12%.
This isnt much in a world of 7 billion souls (if that # is even close to accurate)
