All we know is that it takes like 4-6 weeks for uplisting but could go faster because theyre already on a exchange rather than IPO'ing from scratch. the president says they can't give a timeframe for legal reasons but they are actively seeking an uplisting. he mentions it in this email they sent to a shareholder a while back

a little but until BFARF uplists idc what the price is good or bad I'm adding more this thing is gunna take off once it's up-listed. heres a email from the president talking about up-listing and their new miners. they actually added 1500 more miners than they were expecting after this email was sent

What has changed since this was posted:

New miners increased from 3000 to 4500 increasing the mining power that was listed in the email even further

some of said miners have been shipped and are currently able to mine

BTC has increased from 47k on 2/15 to its current high 54k.

Stocktwits watchers have also increased dramatically this week gaining more momentum and Bitfarms social media has become more active as well posting new miners on twitter and other platforms
