I do both. I have about 420ozt, and I sometimes splurge on things like pic related because of the aesthetics.

I am glad to see these threads moving more slowly. Looks like the mods are finally doing something about the spammers.

I don't feel the same way about it as some anons do. I don't ever buy government minted coins (with the exception of one of those 5ozt coins from the US mint when it was the closest to spot last week) because the premiums are always higher than anything else. While they have "anti-counterfeiting technology" they are the most counterfeited type of PM. I stack bars and rounds closest to spot. Sometimes I get designer stuff like pic related even though they are very much above spot because of the AESTHETICs.

Do what you will, but I say stack for weight and leave the numismatics to the boomers.
