No but they can prove fraud. Courts side with the consumer generally because it is unsecured debt but if you do something like this then essentially you will have debt that won't be easily discharged and if they prove fraud you go to jail for a long time.

Besides I'm only nio to like 50k of credit lines myself and I get a new card every few months. Doesn't seem worth the pain. Maybe if you had like 200k of credit lines but just get a job dude
