I'm holding for the long run, so I'll probably wind up buying some more ETF's tomorrow if it keeps going down.

Currently my portfolio consists primarily of VTI, VGT, and VXUS. Most of my gains are from VGT, which I bought mostly at around $170-$200 years ago. Should I take the risk and buy more VGT while the tech bubble is deflating? Or focus on some splitting between VTI and VXUS?
