Robotic Assistance Devices LLC incorporated in July 2016. RAD then converted to a C corporation in 2017 through the issuance of 10,000 shares to the sole stockholder Steve Reinharz.

AITX acquired all ownership & equity in RAD for 3,350,000 shares of AITX in August 2017. All of AITX operations disposed and now consists of 2-3 subsidiaries, RAD, RAD-G and RAD-M I believe. G or M may have been spun off.

AITX's 10Q was signed by Garett Parsons on January 19, 2021. He signed as the President, CEO, CFO, Principal Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Director. The 10Q for AITX is obviously public information and addresses concerns by the accounting firm and AITX management.

There are 2.94 Billion shares issued from a stock split of 10,000 for each single share - this was not a reverse stock split, according to Investors Hub. This caused the $1 share price last year to go to .0001.

I speculate that Steve Reinharz is President & CEO of the subsidiaries and Garett Parsons is correctly listed as Pres and CEo, etc., of AITX.
