The shell company is Teddy, either Dragonlfly is the private company or it's GMErica maybe, Teddy acquires the majority shares of BABY once the sale of BBBY is done to Ichan, then Gamestop simply acquire Teddy. All neat and simple and causes much kvetching from shorts. It is the kill shot because a share recall and count has to happen. There are some bad actors who will scream and shout this wont happen but all signs point to it. Ichan gets to close his GME short, Cohen gets BABY, Shorts get nothing and we finally make it.
