I've been trading with signals so far but I hate having to be on top of it all the time and often still manage to lose more than I ever profit. These last few weeks have been rough.
Often times I'm not quick enough to place the orders for the profitable signals and enter the bad ones instead because I can't be glued to the screen 24/7.

I was tempted to go full research before med school and do PhD instead of MD, but everyone warned me that you have to not only be a literal genius but also the connections to ever truly make it in the research world, so went to med school to at least get that doctor salary, but everyone salty here too. Nursing unions and lobbies getting independent practicing rights for nurse practitioners and CRNAs, which routinely literally kill patients, but government and corporate medicine don't care because they can hire them for a bit cheaper compared to doctors; patients still pay the same but get care on par with a third world country. It's been really disillusioning becoming a physician. All the great connections and differences you get to make in a patient's life are overshadowed by the machine of US healthcare that just grinds you down for all your energy and grinds your patients for every penny they have. A bunch of trust fund twats with some bullshit online MBA running hospitals now, into the ground. Research at least seems like a way to step a bit away from that depressing grind and get to work on things that at least abstractly have some merit and get to feel like you're working with scholars instead literal fucking retards that somehow always fail upwards into hospital admin jobs or insurance assholes that constantly try to tell you how to practice medicine.
