I still think both are overvalued at the moment But BTC is just wayyy overvalued compared to ETH. Look at the ETH ecosystmem - MKR, Compound , dydx, most stable coins, most Dex protocols, most DEFI apps are all in ETH. Your LINK wouldnt exist without ETH. What the hell is being built on BTC? Regarding crypto, 20% is in BTC and ETH and rest are low cap alts.

What should I invest in for the next cycle? The bubble has burst and only the coisn with real world use case will thrive. It will be a slow steady rise similar to the post dotcom crash.
