A) Borrow from your parents?
B) Borrow from a bank?

In my opinion, borrowing from parents is better since the money stays in the family, and when they croak, I MIGHT get my money back.
In other opinions, borrowing from parents does not improve credit score. Borrowing from parents can also introduce friction between them not knowing if they will get their money back, and may become hostile if you default on the loan.
I'd like to hear your opinions.
