Is it delusional to say bitcoin will bottom out at 9-10k?

Be curious, stop assuming things and double check, stop being close minded (try to put yourself in the shoes of the person you're talking to, especially on imageboards) and try to make the most of your time, every day. Even if you're doing unproductive things, try to at least fool your brain into thinking you achieved something so you can stay motivated and find the strength to maintain discipline for the harder stuff. As long as you keep a growth and improvement mindset and try to apply it in every aspect of your life, you should be doing fine.
