That was and still is the hard part for me but its worth it in the end to save as much as you can. Fuckin hate banks but we had to look good for a loan so had to keep money in the bank. Still now that we own it putting money into it still hurts when I see it as money coming from my PM cash stash. It helps to put land and PM's in the same spot mentally for me at least. More land + PM's = better life down the road.

I also wanna say I would always be down to meet but its been a day and a half. My moms surgery is coming up. Our doggo got diagnosed with bladder cancer today. I'm not trying to be standoffish but I got way to much going on right now.
This is her she is a real good girl.
