Log chart makes sense for things that grow exponentially to make sense of them. Look at Chainlink's price chart and you'll see it's actually quite "stable", bouncing within a channel while growing linearly (on a log scale) since late 2018. Sure the volatility is massive, but even the flash crash in March 2020 is within expectations when viewed on a log scale.
