I think what he's trying to say is the price for a barrel of oil is starting to normalize back to pre-corona levels while some of the stocks are still way undervalued, the stocks are starting to normalize as well by going up in value. What hes saying makes perfect sense to me and means our oil stocks should be safe and rise back to where they're suppose to be. Oil probably isn't going to moon like we originally thought it was if OPEC gets Saudi to increase production though which is starting to seem likely since oil is actually a bit higher then pre-corona atm.

Because company told investors its going to increase its value by 50% yearly. I kinda wish i invested a few months ago. It's going places.
